IQ & OQ service will be finished by Innoteg service engineers, which is very important point to ensure correct installation & standard operations. Every service includes final agreement to apply on requirement of rules ®ulation.

Why we need IQ/OQ service?

• Innoteg's experienced service engineer will guarantee the operation of your instruments.

• The IQ/OQ service agreements can prove your instrument has been installed and operated correctly.

• The IQ/OQ service can identify possible environmental reasons to infect instrument performance, such as circuit change of facilities, HVAC maintenance, decoration of room or desk change.

IQ/OQ Service

IQ service to make sure that instrument and other accessories has been provided according to quotation and has been installed according to manuals.

When we are doing IQ, we will

• Verify the requirement of installation spot (room of working space, electronic supply, temperature, etc.).

• Check the safety precautions when the instrument is on.

• Provide installation checking-list of software & hardware (including piping, cable & accessories.

Once the system is installed, OQ services are performed to verify that the system is operating in accordance with its operating specifications.

OQ service will

• Exam all components of instruments to ensure functionality.

• Using calibration operation to check specification of instrument.

Yearly OQ Service

This service is aiming to certify the laboratory environment to guarantee best system function. Therefore, we hope our customer to do OQ service every year or right after decoration of labs though it is not including in package of PM.

Yearly OQ Service：

• All standard OQ verification and some extra IQ specification.

• Identify possible environmental reasons to infect instrument performance, such as circuit change of facilities, HVAC maintenance, decoration of room or desk change.

• To exam and ensure lab staff has done enough daily maintenance work.
